PRINCIPAL SOLICITOR

Our principal solicitor at BC Lawyers is Mr. Yaan Fong CHAN (Boshala).

Mr. Chan graduated in Bachelor of Commerce in 1999 and further his studies in Law and finally obtained his Bachelor of Laws & Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice. He was admitted as Legal Practitioner of Supreme Court of NSW in 2004 and worked as Solicitor/Legal Consultant at Mok & Associates. He was assigned to projects related to commercial & property transactions, property development, court litigations, franchise, trademarks & family law.

After 4 years with Mok & Associates, Mr. Chan decided to setup his own practice in Burwood in 2008. His goal is to bring personalise legal services to suburban area & service clients from all levels. He maintains his consultancy services to Mok & Associates.

Prior to opening his practice & during his pursue in law studies, Mr. Chan had worked in a number of commercial firm as Financial Accountant with responsibilities ranging from business modelling to financial reporting in a reputable investment bank.
