Intellectual Property

Another important aspect of your business which we can assist are registration of intellectual property (IP) which traditionally comprised of four categories: patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secrets. The ownership of intellectual property inherently creates a limited monopoly in the protected property. If you become aware that someone may have used your logo trademark for example, we can provide legal advice on what you can do to protect your IP.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

We have experience in commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation which involve court proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia and in state Supreme Court. We have dealt with litigation involving dispute on deposit money on proposed land purchase intended for property development, business agreement dispute, logo/trademark dispute between local franchise and overseas franchise and more. For some other matter which may not require litigation at federal court/supreme court, can be dealt with at local court and some matter did not proceed after we sent out a reply to the other party.
