From 11 October 2021 all Certificates of Title (CTs) and Control of the Right to Deal (CoRD) have been abolished. As land owner, if you have paid off your mortgage, you will not receive a paper CT as was traditionally the case and purchasers of property without the need for a loan/mortgage (i.e “cash-buyer”) will not receive a paper CT as well. As a result, the Torrens Title Register is the single sole evidence of ownership or interest in land which is backed up by the NSW Land Registry Services (LRS).

We offer you the service to conduct a title search on NSW LRS Torrens Register. You will need to provide Lot and DP/SP details of your property and a valid email address for us to email you the search result.
