1 July 2018 milestone for eConveyancing

From 1 July 2018, standalone transfers, standalone caveats, and all standalone mortgage, discharge of mortgage or combinations thereof (such as a refinance transaction) must be lodged electronically. The deadline on 1 July 2018 for standalone transfers only – a transaction that includes a combination of a transfer with one or more mortgage or discharge of mortgage is not mandated until 1 July 2019.
